I actually had this question as well! So thank you. If I want to protect my wife and daughter would I need two seperate workings. Or one working? Also which rune? Tyr since I am the Father and Husband?

Two separate workings would be more effective. Berkano rune with energy of clear quartz crystal if you have it. (holding it). Read HPS Lydia's post on protection:

I did have the intuition that the enemy is trying to overclock me. To drain my energy because I have almost opened my chakras. Within the week they'll be open, I think. I will let the Gods help so I can open the chakras.

Yes, I completely agree, and as I mentioned, the Gods extend protection over the family of a Zevist.
But, if someone is determined to go ahead as some here have indicated, then it is necessary to give the best advice possible.
There is no risk involved here as long as the member is doing the required amount of cleaning and sustaining energy with aura cleaning/protection, yoga, pranayama and runes. Just don't overdo it.

The enemy will always exploit our weaknesses, whatever they may be. If you are afraid that your loved ones may be under attack, you must certainly protect them, but they do not need daily protection. It is enough to do so from time to time, regularly but without exaggeration.

To prevent the enemy from making you feel this way, cleanse yourself, protect yourself, protect your loved ones, and then do what you enjoy most: listen to music, read a book, or exercise outdoors.

Negative vibrations are the most insidious. They creep into our minds very easily, and by focusing on them, we only feed them. The real exercise is to try in every way to feed ourselves with positive energies, which are more difficult to achieve but certainly stronger once we understand that negativity is only a state of surrender.
