After i raise my energies can i vibrate aum and then state an affirmation for any goal and then vibrate aum again and do this 9 times just for any goal? I mean does this work to direct energies anytime, or only for the torah rituals?

You can use AUM anytime, same for SATANAS. Don't use 9 for all your affirmations though, this is better used for ending things and freeing yourself of restrictions. 10 is a number of completion, 8 is permanence, etc.
