Astrologically conditioned places

In the zodiac section of 'Azazel's Astrology' there are countries where particular zodiac signs fit. Now, as I checked some of my own, I found two to match PERFECTLY. One of the countries I long for, the other I only had like suspicions, until I checked astro.com section on holiday travels.

The thing is, how can such a place be calculated? Is it a matter of the dragon lines around our Mother Earth or it does not have anything in common with the ley lines at all?

I'd especially appreciate the answer of the Clergy here...
