I have only recently found the JOS websight and chosen a new path,However growing up I was always interested in Wichcraft,sorcerry and magik. I studied and read but made no commitment. I find that now I am still having the same problem as I did when I first tried astrial projection years ago. It is as if I cannot leave my physical body, I can feel myself lift but my body won't turn loose, just tonight all remaining on the floor was my butt and shoulders its as if I kept with the meditation I would have pulled myself off the ground. What am I doing wrong? I am a Gemini with a very active mind it takes alot for me to focus so intently am I blocking myself somehow?
