Astral Travel and being on the astral questions

When I hear Astral Travel, I think of things on the astral, temples, etc. Stuff that dosent neccesarily mean feeling the astral more in your mind, aura, or body. my question is what is astral travel and is it the same thing as being on the astral? Im fully aware of how to be on the astral but id like to increase my sensitivity on that plane. Which demon bests assists with sensing the astral? Im researching now but was wondering if anyone with previous experience had any demons they liked or worked very well with. Ive looked on JOS website so im taking previous knowledge from others.

"Astral Travel" is being on the astral. It is when your soul temporarily leaves your body and travels in the spirit world.

Note the word "temporary." If it were not "temporary," then this would simply be death.
