I couldnt do meditations or rtrs because of privacy issues then i asked satan to show me what can i do the next day i was reading then i came across astral temple i knew it from the past but i thought it was really advanced but when i came across it i knew it was a message from satan i already wrote down the construction but i have question
1-if i do meditations there do they actually work like if i visualized my self doing chakra openings in it will it work? I mean this just my visualization.
2-can i do rtrs there and it will actually work
3-how does it work isnt that just visualization ? I know we can meet demons there but meditations?

You don't socialise with people, right? I can even guess that you stay home most of your time don't you? Go out and socialise with friends, and if you have social anxiety problem then MEDITATION HELPS! 
One gets rid of addiction by reprogramming the subconscious mind. But you will actually and automatically reprogram it by going out and socialise more and more with people.

Don't make the decision of getting rid of porn addiction so important because that way you will most probably be focusing on porn. Eventually, you will give in. So the best way to get rid of this porn addiction is to GO OUT AND SOCIALISE.

I think you should join the nofap web site. It’s for people like you; people who are addicted to porn. Check it out maybe.

If you really want to stop then just stop watching the stuff and get yourself under control. find something else to do.

You say you have no privacy for meditation but you have privacy to “fap” it? How is this so?

Not all meditations require sound and you could also do yoga and breathing exercises. There is the physical yoga and breathing exercises on the JoyofSatan website, both in the meditation section.

There is good yoga poses for the chakras for pinklotus.org and the kundalini yoga on the site that is good to do..

But vibration is the most effective way of working on the chakras.

Doing yoga and meditation will also help you get your addiction under control. You can also do Satanic void meditation to get your thoughts and emotions under control.

Also, doing yoga and physical excercise both release the natural feel good brain chemicals . It’s best if you find something else to do instead of fappin’ it all day. A part of the reason why you’re addicted to it is because it releases a ton of dopamine and makes you feel good. Yoga and meditation and exercise will make you feel good too.
