Astral projection technique one

For the astral projection technique where you visualize the chakras as doorknobs and spin them in opposite directions.  Am i right to assume HP Maxine is talking about the Center chakras and not the front extensions?  Although for me it would be easier to visualize the front chakras as door knobs vs the center ones.
