Hi,
I've had a bit of trouble breathing through my nose yesterday becasue of an allergy... I nevertheless wanted to try and astral project, so I started visualizing and feeling the energy throughout my body, I kept breathing in and out through the MOUTH,, After a few minutes I started having a strange feeling of vibration especially in the 6th chakra, and then I saw a strange white light outside my bed.
It was far easier than usual... (yet I was a bit scared by the light and woke up completely).
So, is it dangerous to breathe through the mouth while trying to astral project?

Astral Projection Mouth Breathing
Absolutely not. There are many different methods of breathing and whatever
you find most effective is best for you. Same goes for void or power
meditations. There's no golden rule or number of seconds you
inhale/hold/exhale

Thanks a lot... I had my first astral projection 2 days ago
and for the first time I felt a very subtle energy on the Ida and Pingala channels... Well actually it lasted only a few seconds and my astral body was unable to move... Yet it was amazingly vivid and I after that I have had 3 lucid dreams in two days... THE MOST BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD SO FAR!!!
HAIL SATAN!!
