Asthma and the Mer Ka Ba

Brian1 min to read

Hail Zevism Family,
Does anyone here have Asthma,or other problems that tend to effect their power meditations.I have to do the 4 count, because it is uncomfortable for me to do the 6 count. Also when I an focusing on the intense vibrations of the Mer Ka Ba meditation, while I am holding the vibrations at the end,I start to loose my breath. This is the most intense meditation I have done so far,and am progressing very well with it.Do the breathing problems get better, and more healed the longer you progress in power meditations? This is for anyone who has experienced this.
Hail Satan!
Brian.

My asthma is only triggered by heavy activity such as lifting more than 50 pounds, or running a mile in a second O_o
just use your rescue inhaler for it, if you have one. That's probably the best thing to do..and do it beforehand! it helps..a lot.

I have a sever case of Asthma as well. I have found that doing the 4-part deep breathing technique, right before performing power meditation to help with any difficult breathing problems.

Also you can start working on healing your asthma. It will most likely take a very long time, depending on your level of energy manipulation but some healing spells directed at the respiratory system should help.

Hope this helps and Good Luck

I started doing Kundalini yoga about a month ago and have already noticed my asthma improving, I'm only having to take my inhaler once a day instead of twice. I downloaded a really good instructional video onto my laptop and follow along. It's really increased my lung strength and capacity which I know will be a great help once I start the Mer Ka Ba (I'm going to finish the spiritual warfare training program first).

What Is Comfortable is the right thing.I Rarely hold My breath,It just feels uncomfortable to Me...And My meditations work.Don't force Yourself just to do what You Should.Do what Feels comfortable.Focus and Intention is the key to all Meditation. ;)
