ASAP! Ritual help needed.

I'm looking to do a ritual.. Its in connection with a long and complex matter but I'll try and summarize it.

Okay so when my mother died she left her property and monies in a trust to my brother and myself. My brother has misused this and has used it to benefit his desires. He sold some disposable assets and should have given me half, but never did. Now he got an offer on the house and I'm happy with that but I want to ensure that what is rightfully mine will come to me.

I'm planning on doing a ritual tomorrow as the moon will still be in Aquarius and its waning.
I plan on using the following runes:

Fehu-to bind and instill fear
Wunjo- to instill over-confidence and trust in the wrong
Hagl- used to amplify the power of these runes
Isa- to bind him and prevent action

In a separate ritual:

Fehu- for money and in connection with the property
Raidho- to bring about Justice
Perthro-to protect me against the destructive forces of the runes used
Algiz-protection and banishing negative energies.

Now mars is still retrograde so is it wise to use the first set of runes or should I change it/wait till mars is not retrograde anymore. And any suggestions as to what planetary hour I should do these in?

Any suggestions/comments is much appreciated!!!

First in my opinion there is a difference in binding someone and destroying someone. Despite mars being retrograde you shouldn't worry about performing a binding ritual as you are not seeking your brother's destruction but controlling him and his actions to your desire.

Now when it comes to the proper hours there can be many different possibilities and it all depends on how you interpret what each planet represents and controls.

For the first set dealing with binding and the situation at hand you could use the hours of the moon as it controls domestic affaris. You could use Jupiter for jupiter rules the law

for the second set you could use the hours of mercury which controls papers dealing with money, and leagal documents. The hours of venus for venus controls money. You could use Jupiter for jupiter rules the law, wealth, happiness and abundance. As I said it all depends on how you interpret it as energy that is raised is mindless and it is the duty of the practioner to program it to their desire.
