Thank you for posting, I think it's good and gived me some inspiration... I am also trying to combine meditation mantra in yoga to increase the efficency... but I don't know what numbers of vibration to use( I usually go for 4 or 7 or 9 or 13 or 20) and don't know what pose to choose for mantras ... i also try to use the mundra from opening chackras in working with a specific chackra...I would really like to see good examples of how other satanist combine the yoga elements with chanting, because I usually go by instincts
