are my chakras open

ive done some of the meditations and i am not sure if mt chakras are open ive done the third eye crown throat and hands but i dont usually pay attention to the effects due to what others are calling depression i just wanted to know if one of you could ask father for me because im not good at trances and some times i lose track of time please help me

You MAY feel depressed because when you awaken your chakras, you awaken all the energies withing it and these emotion energy can be from a long time ago, even back to past lives. Trances take time a first. Trances are nothing amazing, you are basically relaxed. Depending on the level of trances, you may feel heavy, you may not want to get up, you feel like your falling forever, you may even not feel your body unless you focus on it. Dont stress trances! When you get up from a trance it should feel like you just woke up.
