Are human spirits all white?

When I was in my living room getting ready to meditate I had a feeling that someone was in my house and out of the side of my eye I saw this completely white thing just go right past me as far as I could tell there were no details just all white it was smaller than the first 1 I saw and I wasn't sure if it was friendly or a threat but in a few moments later I heard a child say hello but I was thinking that ot was a trick. The thing is what can I do so that I don't have to call on father for help I want to be stronger so I can handle it myself

Hey, I really dont know how to answer you but all I can honestly say is that you should build your Aura for protection.. Cause I have the same experiences except I see black and white energy forms. So I've been working on my Aura for protection twice a day or as much as I can.
