I performed Weather commitment to the devil, but I did not feel anything and I did not hear anything for a week and I do rituals complete.Where is the mistake? I'm in a great calamity if Satan loves us and wants to help us Where is he? Why not come and rescue me?

You may or may not feel a Demon's/Demoness' presence right away. It depends on how spiritually advanced you were in your past life.
Satan will not rescue you, he will help you to rescue yourself. You have to work hard and do daily power meditations to empower yourself and your soul. Satan only comes to those he chooses.
