Any ideas?

Last night while in bed, I felt something almost like a bio
electric feel go from the crown of my head into my body. it was an
electric/buzzing feel.. then suddenly i was unable to say anything or do
anything but use my thoughts.. but it seemed like i was fighting to say
something and i couldnt

was it a precursor to astral projection or was it demonic possession or
what?

it happened once.. and stopped.. i was back to my senses and looked
around.. i tried to go back to sleep and it happened another time before
finally subsiding.

It was not one of the Gods, the Gods do not 'possess' people, and when we invoke them, or they enter into our bodies, it is of our own free will, they would never force it on someone or do it without warning or asking first.

It is possible you slipped into a deep trance or an altered state of conciousness. When in a deep trance, you can sometimes feel like this, like you cannot move or talk, only extreme focus of the mind.

If there was a feeling of fear or pain, that you were being held in place mentally, then it is possible it was an enemy attack. Paralisis is something the greys like to use often, usually when one is sleeping, then you wake up paralised. You should keep a strong aura of protection around you, as well as protecting the area you sleep/meditate and or your entire house/home.
