hey dose anyone know how to contact there gardian deamon iv tried in my sleep problem is i dont really sleep and i dont remmber my dreams etheir and the reason i dont sleep is cause of too mutch stress can this effect this athough i do feel like someone is trying to contact me in the back of my head i know someone is i just cant lisen gr its anoying me any advice i also see things like flashes through out the day that are like dreams but there not like a day dream but diffrent more like visons ?
