It is good that you advocated for responsibility, however the responsible thing here is to advice never to use or ingest these substances at all, because of the obvious and verifiable toxicity of these, as well as the above mentioned reasons by JG Blitz.
People are very impressionable, and people are often very stupid. I have done drugs when I was younger, and despite that I am indeed fine now, no harm was done long term, (because I stopped very soon after and never took anything long term or often), however if I could advice my past self, I would slap my ignorant teen age self for my bad decisions until it got through to never take these kinds of things again, rather than advocate for responsibility towards the use of things a human should not use.
