Am I visualizing Runes correctly?

Hey guys, I was wondering if I'm visualizing the runes correctly. I'm worried that I'm doing it wrong or I'm visualizing them backwards.  For example... The Wunjo rune that looks like a P, I visualize and feel the middle bar on my spine, and then I visualize the upper part of the rune pointing out to my left temple chakra.Is this accurate, or am I visualizing the rune backwards? Should I visualize the upper part of the rune pointing out to my right temple chakra?Its like looking into a mirror and visualizing the rune on yourself, the way its drawn on the JoS site. I'm worried that I'm visualizing them flipped the wrong way. Am I doing it right?
