i cannot get the cd i feel a pressure in my forehead although arfterwards i get no headache or sensation and my tounge and teeth dosent vibrate its like humming when i do it

well you vibrate it like thoth th as in the and o as in oat and th again as in the ttthhoooooootthh. feel the whole chant in your forehead ;) practice makes perfect
