not send negative energy back to the one who sent it to you , But
instead your shield transforms this negative energy into positive
energy.What do you think about it?Maybe some energies will be too
powerfull to transform , but constant work on your shielding will make

Affirmations are actually distracting to me. I have to focus too much on what is being said...in my head...aloud...whatever...that it distracts me from drawing in the energy into my aura and I lose focus what that energy is suppose to do. I find that drawing in energy just the energy and expaning it throught my body is much simpler. For whatever reason...protection...money...anything is easier to focus on cause I already know (the intent or purpose of the energy) what I am doing it for. I just keep drawing in the energy. Seems to be easier for me this way.

Oh and you're right sometimes affirmations can be a pain , as you said
