Please reply and give me your thoughts on this. Hello I was thinking and thought about affirmations for like the third eye and clauraudience points. Like "I am breathing in powerful energy that is opening my third eye/clauaudience points" could this work especially to help ppl who have been hurt with medication such as adderal like myself which hinders spiritual progress? Should I add something like safely and or permanently opening my third eye/clauraudience points?. And could there be a affirmation that could draw energy that draws powerful energy to work on your third eye/clauraudience points idlely when you are busy?

Thank you for replying :D. And one question if you don't mind I did the third eye opening before, vibrating Thoth for the specified amount of days. And I have a feeling I didn't do something correctly should I go back and repeat that? Would it be safe to do that again?
