Like the title says what are some things that should be done more and what should be done less or not at all?
To name a a few discouraged things that come to mind:
-summoning Demons for no good reasons or easy issues that you're too lazy to deal with yourself
-being disrespectful and taking everything for granted
-having unrealistic expectations off short-term practice of meditation that come from too much TV and video-games (examples include and are not limited to: ability to fly, ability to manipulate heavy objects, ability to blast fireballs and meteors etc)
-being annoyingly evident about our religion, especially during your beginning phases (attracting the enemy's attention as a beginner in practices is never a good idea)
Encouraged I think, beyond the teachings of JoS, would be:
-always remember that you are the projection, the follower and the image of what Satan almighty and powerful, all knowing and all wise, has to offer to the world, and behave accordingly to His image
-feel privileged, but remain humble
-follow your path in all three aspects of power, knowledge and freedom; do your readings, practice your meditation, pursue your liberation, be smart, cunning, devious, powerful, resilient, stable, free - both body and mind, and so forth
-choose your fights carefully, but choose to fight
