Advanced Pineal Meditation

I’ve been practicing and experimenting on my pineal meditations, I came up with something a little more advanced and simultaneous with the third eye.

Except, as breathing into the pineal gland through my third eye I would breathe into my third eye as well simultaneously and store the energy in both my third eye and pineal gland.

I would affirm “I am breathing in powerful white-gold energy that is safely cleaning, stimulating and activating my third eye and pineal gland.“
