Achieving Trance State and Temple Chakras

Hi brothers and sisters, I wanted to share my experience with achieving trance state.

Since my dedication (years ago) i had trouble getting into the trance state. The change happened about a year ago when i started concentrating energy to my temple chakras. After a while the energy in the temple chakras creates a numb feeling. By focusing onto this feeling helped me achieve a trance state with a moderate effort.

In the recent months I've been trying to empower my pineal gland and with the newly given GAUM meditations by HP Pythia it's going a lot faster now. In the past my pineal gland was weak, but know i feel it's power getting stronger. And this has an effect to the temple chakras and the induction of a trance state. I find now that I can achieve a trance state easier.

But, as i can understand the power of the temple chakras is related to the power of the 6th chakra (the temple chakras are extensions of the 6th) and the power of the pineal gland. So in order to activate the temple chakras you have to open and empower the 6th chakra and the pineal gland.
