I've been wondering for a long time now as to how to constantly absorb solar energy for protection from the sun. I do make an aura of protection daily(once daily) but, how do you constantly absorb energy from the sun to repel negative energy?

I have the most sucsess on the dawn/sunset as the sun is not harming hot, can be looked at without restraint for the eyes and is most beautiful and gold, and the soul get its enerdy with more pleasure. When driving car towards the setting sun I feel its gold energy filling my being: inside the body and around myself, its not a warmth or brightness, but emotional pleasing energy of joy in golden colour (don't really know what sets me in light trance state - a pleasure of a drive or a beuty of the setting sun), after a while in such a state i have a slight desire to say some words in my mind like "it gives me health, wealth and protection" or smth like that.
