Im arabic so i confused about islandic and german runes
So my question is which is better for me to use the islandic ones or the german ones or something else

You can experiment with each variation and see which one feels more powerful or effective for you, or which one you feel easiest or better to use. It's honestly up to you in the end there's no strict guideline or rule.
