Mainly it is uses before meditating on the sixth chakra as it stimulates it.
I use this everyday without vibrating word of power on the sixth chakra due to my living situation. However, I've found in my experience with this breath it very does stimulates the sixth chakra but also my pineal gland and my third eye. My dreams got very vivid after adding this breath to my daily. So did my intuition and psychic perception. Parts of it cleared up.
