Hello there , what square / runes should I use exactly for energy & Discipline. I know that Sowilo is one of the best for this stuff , I ve had good experience with it.

You can do 40, 100 or 216 reps. And, you can affirm 9 times. Do not forget to do this work for a minimum of 40 days, you can also do it for 80, 90 days if you want.
