I understand , thank you. Anything else I should do ? Like do I need to light up candles and stuff or can I simply just sit on a chair dressed in black and do it as I would vibrate a rune working.

Anything other than vibrating the runes and doing the affirmations is optional and up to the individual. Do as you please if you think it helps you set an atmosphere.

I don't think this is comfortable you can sit on the floor if you have a clean carpet or anything comfortable
If you have a printer you can print the shenu ring, it's better for focusing and the ring will gain energy with time and practicing the Rituals, be sure to keep them in a clean and safe place
