Hello fellow spiritual satanists, sisters and brothers. I’m new and started recently the 40 days meditation program but was forced to stop for 10 days because i was being treated in the hospital for a kidney transplantation. Now the 10 days of recovery have passed and i started over from the 6th-8th day meditations and after doing the chakra spinning, i feel so overwhelmed that i dizzy and wanting to destroy everything XD just like when i did it when i didn’t have recovered fully from the surgery, first i thought it has to do with the surgery and all the treatments like antibiotics as well as the fact that i didn’t recover fully but now that the given recovery days are over, i think i’m feeling overwhelmed as its described in the document. Is that really ok?
