It's interesting the site is satirical of - according to Wikipaedia - American Christianity. I was wondering if the site was fake because it seemed unrealistic, and the related articles on the right were just mind-blowing-ly idiotic.
So "Debby" is saying she doesn't care but she has a facade, a fake thing on her face not showing the real her? Heh, typical.

It seems doing the Lord's work is easier when you don't have to try due to plastic surgery; you can be lazy and fake and people will soak it up like a sponge.

OK, I've finished! I made that up on the spot and also used words I didn't know would make sense; you might have to research some words for it to make sense. I did and I am glad they actually work. Or you can ask me to explain what I was trying to say, but that would spoil it for you; I consider once a poem/piece of artwork is released it no longer belongs to the maker but rather to the audience of such art piece, so in that sense you can decide what I mean because it belongs to you now - if you like it, of course.
I tend to do that sometimes, using words in sentences I don't actually know the meaning of nor whether or not they make sense, but they tend to do so more times than not. I invented "wollowty" - I think that's what's called poetic license! You may, if you so wish, substitute "followers" for synonyms such as "bitches", or "zombies", for example. To be honest I quite enjoy that poem and think it is good, if I do say so myself! I think I should copyright it.
