I would like to share with you , my way of giving the Gods energy.
After masturbation, i visualize a ball of light near my foundation chakra. Next i vizualize it going up through every single chakra, getting bigger until it reaches 8th chakra above your head. After that i usually visualize myself in golden light and breath out energy into the ball of light to empower it even more. Then i ask the Gods to take it. And thats it :)
