A Question for High Priestess Maxine Dietrich, regarding Telekinesis

Dear Maxine, I have some questions regarding TK. I have been practising for awhile right now for I guess a year or two, but I cant move something right away. But its getting better now the feeling is there!
I wanted to ask for some tips for this matter. I believe if I practise heavier the more I can move light things better. I have been practising with light things but my feeling tells me that heavy is needed. I can move a pendulum for example, but like a pen or something is different. I am a Sagittarian and I know my main Element is Fire. Im also much better at Pyrokinesis than TK. But I always had dreams off moving something with my mind, so its kind off a Dream I want to fulfill!
Anyways I did the full chakra meditation once for my crown chakra. Than
I could hear my broken plastic cup with my toothbrush in it move, I was astonished, and surprised! the same happend once when I was meditating under the sun outside on a chair, I could hear the chair behind me literally move! I also practise Electrokinesis at times, but I get more electric shocks now from especially metal objects than ever, I guess it has to do with both bio-electricity and Electrokinesis. Could you also give some meditation tips for Electrokinesis. I would be thankfull! :)
I practice Muay Thai 2wice in a week now and also 2 days workout in a Gym. I am really serious about developing my Spiritual Powers. The thing at the gym now, (I just moved to a new one) is that they dont have a reck to put the barbell for 2 Squat on. Only a stupid Smith machine. Is the leg press device a good substitute what do you think about the machines? Im sorry this is such a long post but I would be really gratefull If you could answer my questions! Anyways the reason I send you this message is becuz you are for me a Great High Priestess and brave one, and you are for me the best in answering questions!!! (No offense to the other High Priest/esses)

Machines are no substitute for anything, they don't develop functional strength. If you are a martial artist, kettlebell/girya is the best single tool for developing your physique. You'll have better results if you REALLY know what you are doing. Pavel Tsatsouline writes the best books on physical development. Power to the people, Enter the kettlebell, Relax into stretch. These books contain some serious knowledge on training.
