ok i have been having it so the needle point bit of the ally my charkas face in the direction of my heart charka and the bottom bits face the direction of the charka below them or in the case of crown and base facing bottom and top of my body but i say a picture on the internet of charkas having there points facing the spine and the bottom facing the front of the body which is correct and also im a male which way should my charkas spin?

A rule of thumb that I always use Steven,is they all need to be facing the 4th,or heart chakra.Remember the equal arm cross illustration..
