A Question about Inhaling in Energy and Exhaling???

When I go in a light  meditative state and increase my concentration on Inhaling energy, feeling the energy going into my mouth and then my whole body. At first, I feel energy throughout my body and when I keep doing the Inhaling energy thing, I start gettin twitching spots in my thighs, fingers, arms, and feet.My question is that I was wondering if the twitching has to do with the energy buildup my body made??? Also with creating your Astral Temple, I was wondering how do you orgasim to create energy?????Do you think of your opposite sex really fast, then channel that energy through your sexual Chakra , into the surroundings of your Astral Temple???? I hope someone with experience forwards my Post!!!!

The twitches and stuff is from increased bioelectricity (energy). Orgasm energy doesnt create the astral temple, its empowers it. At the moment of orgasm (during orgasm), visualise your astral temple light up in brilliant electric blue energy. Make sure you focus on the light and not your orgasm feeling.

thanks for the info also is it ok if i do the deep trance on my back laying as it hurts when i sit and meditate not like burning but more of soreness.
