A program

I've been a satanist for about two years now and I use JoS. I got many
of the meditations down but never felt like I knew what I was doing.
My question is about an ideal power meditation program. Any ideas or
outlines? If you don't know the answer do you know where i could find
the answer? Any help is appreciated. Please no wiccans or anything
else, just satanists. Thanks!

Well every meditation programme should include Chakra, aura and mind
work as it is necessary to empower the soul. I would suggest Chakra
spinning/empowering, breathing in energy into your aura (sun energy
preferable) and void meditation to control your thoughts and
strengthen the mind/will.

Full Chakra Meditation ~ Empowers the Chakras

Ez Chakra Spinning/Advanced spinning~ Opens and develops the Chakras
more and protects you astrally and physically

Energy meditation~empowers and charges up the aura

Void Meditation~Controlling your thoughts/emotions
