A new way to use the Tarot

I was wondering if anyone here had any expierence with using the tarot to influance a situation or to make something happen.

For example, select the spacific layout that coorsponds to your desired outcome. Then place the picture of the person/target on top of the layout, then add Chi energy to it with your mind or a chi generator with the intent to manifest your desire.

Any oppinions?
