Well first I'm sure you know that they attach to you because of your aura standing out to them. Anyway some signs would be you feel uneasy or different; depressed or overly irritable. Insomniatic nights probably because it's keeping you up all night scaring the shit out of you. There are a lot of signs but these would be a few.

Sorry to change the post directive a bit but to add a question, Haizuru you say they're attracted cos the aura stands out.
What about essences? I've not much knowledge on it but I think its about everything the aura and soul are made up of (again I'm still uncertain). I've been told that as a whole when looked at essences have different brightness'. Well I was only saying. Besides I was never told that I had a bright essence or whatever spirits just came to me. Usually anytime they felt like. And around these times I always felt a radiation of energy from me, so I concluded ; aura.
