I want to share with you a pretty strange experience I am facing.
While meditating, and exactly while meditating I feel my feet itching so bad, it distracts me. The itching becomes crazy when visualising white-gold energy in my astral. This is so strange. It gets even worse when vibrating in my first three chakras. I wonder how the itching is related to my meditation and I'd really like to know how to manage it. It is so confusing to me, and very problematic as it truly makes meditation so difficult, the more I try to focus, the more I feel the itching.
