Meditations #910 Sickness in meditation

Please help as i am sudenly feeling dizzy and numbness in left side of my body during meditation i dont want to get paralysed even temporarily as i have to take care of my bedriden sick mother all the time and there is nobody in this world is there who will help me meditation keeps me positive in my life but suddenly feeling sickness cant affort a doctor as we cant support financialy so can anybody please tell me how to do grounding and how to keep all chakras open from blockage so kundalini symptom impact happens a little less please help as i am very scared
