Hello, my psychologist told me that it might be better to use medication and asked me to see a psychiatrist. I had previously talked to a psychiatrist and used prozac, risperdal, zedprex.
I don't want to use medication right now, but if I do, can I use it?

I add to your very correct reply that very often not being "functional" is just a matter of lack of maturity. It is not always a "problem of maximum psychiatric urgency". I will not go into details because I do not feel like doing "medical consultations", but often it is just a matter of having to grow and understand.

With functional, I am referring to the ability to get through basic daily tasks, being able to communicate with others and just to be alive in some meaningful manner. The ability to work is a notch above this level. I do not mean immaturity and lack of life management skills.
