There is not anybody telling you to smoke. This is only your own thoughts. Your communication and psychic senses have not developed to become accurate yet, so most or maybe all of what you think you are hearing is coming from your own mind.

Please keep practicing. Try to find at least one small thing to do every day to make your life better, and over time they will all add up and you will see you are in a much better position.

Eh, how did you even equate breathing with smoking? They are not remotely the same. Breath exercises (pranayama) like alternate nostril breathing do increase your spiritual power. Smoking damages your aura.

Moreover, just because an "entity" whispers to you doesn't mean it's true or that entity is one of our Gods. You should always use your common sense to judge astral communication. The ToZ site says that our Gods would never tell you to harm yourself or advise you to do harmful thing (like smoke). So it's either your own subconscious or an enemy being.

The Gods would never advise you to do something that harms your health, and it is known that smoking and alcohol damage the aura.
That said, you can tell that the right thing to do is to stop smoking.

Try to purify and protect yourself from interlocutors who are not particularly focused on your personality.

Practice a purification and protection work in this direction using the Jupiter mantra.

There are so many offensive things that you can direct at yourself as an interlocutor or that can reflect on you in distressing ways.

So you may experience nonsense about who you ask and what you ask and what answer you get.
