Can I continue with my Chakra meditations and other types of meditations even if the moon is currently on a Voc or should I wait until it's past that?
& there are day's whereby the moon goes on a 1day + Voc which I'm not sure it will affect my sessions or what and I'm concerned that it might affect my momentum if I take a one or two days break because of a Voc

Bonjour, vous pouvez continuer vos méditations pendant la lune vide, mais ne vous lancez pas dans des projets (spirituels ou autres) pendant celle-ci, car ils risquent d'échouer. Et si vous ne pratiquez pas la méditation pendant un ou deux jours, vous risquez de tout recommencer à zéro, me semble-t-il.
