I only found out about the new Schedule today (Sunday), thus missing 2 days of it.
Is it advisable to recover these two days after the 5-day Schedule?

It is advisable to not to miss in the first place. However, it is a show of sincerity if you want to make up for the lost days. Although, in my opinion, you should not try to make up. Better to carry the feeling of loss and not experience it again afterwards.
