I think, in a death spell you simply summon and direct negative energies towards a goal, like for example grey energy.
Unless you invoke Plutonian energies specifically (that, to be honest, I would not know exactly how to do as I do not know any Mantra for Pluto), energies are on their own, not necessarily ruled by Pluto itself.
You could for example cause death with Mars energies, by a deadly accident.
