Health #77520 how to stop having nightmares

AvatarAsk Zeus Operator1 min to read

Hello and thank you for dedicating your time to read this. Over the past few months I have been having repetitive dresms - nightmares. I would wake up all sweaty with my heart racing. I often dream of myself (woman) getting se*ually assaulted by someone but today instead of me it was my mother. I seriously wanna stop having nightmares. Sometimes In these nightmares I pray to Gods but after a while I wake up and the dream doesn't end in a positive way. I read something online and it does say dreams like these are results of trauma and stress. It is true that I'm stressed a lot because of upcoming exams. But I just wanna stop them? And also I have no fantasies of things like these neither I watch gore. Thank you in advance

I think bad dreams are an indicator of the need for relentless inner work. Remember, dreams are not literal, they are messages from your own unconscious, things that need attention. Repetitive nightmares are a good way to teach yourself to detach all emotion from these images and view them as puzzles to solve.

I am the Son of a Goddess,
Her name is Madness.

Her gift to me
was the Divine Wildness.

Runes there are,
marked upon me,
in the Moonblood of Giant Women.

She, who is Mother of the Wolfskins,
place me among the Wild Things
that love You.

That I may stand with those
who have never called any man master...
