Hello, I'm doing the 40 day program but some days my schedule is just too chaotic and I'm wasted and the end of the day, sometimes I miss a daybor two other times I just have tive to do a little meditation I feel powerless and that I'm doing almost nothing
Do you think you could do the same meditations illustrated in the program, but at a different better time to your day? For example, one day you might do some of them early in the morning, even some that are contained in the evening section. If you really have to then lower the repetitions.

You need to organize your life around the 8-fold path, not the other way around. There are many moments during the day when a short session can be possible in some way, be creative. This way, more opportunities arise as you prioritize your soul development.
