Why do you want to have facial plastic surgery? I know too many girls who have had some facial modification done with surgery and they used to be really beautiful... then some social mental illness made them think they needed some touch-up maybe to their lips and now they have ruined lips, they look unnatural, you would never willingly go near them because they look like plastic objects.
Sorry, that's something that bothers me personally because I really know girls who were really beautiful and I don't know what they thought they needed to enhance, but not only did they not enhance it, they completely ruined themselves. You're a Gentile, you don't need thousands of dollars to put plastic on your face to accept yourself, I don't know who told you that you'd be better off going the way of Barbie dolls, but you're not, and the only one who would need to spend all that money is him to buy a brain.
