I'll add something that is extremely important to understand.
Before you can find the Guardian Demon, you need to open yourself Psychically. You don't have to become a Medium or a Siddh, it's about something else: the Ability to hear and interpret the Signals, to understand them. It is not a matter of one month, not even one year, but you will find your Guardian. Your level of Spiritual Development really plays an important role in this task.
You need to perform Meditations on Strengthening the Chakras, Strengthening the Third Eye and Astral Ears, Strengthening the Pineal Gland, Strengthening the Aura. All this will increase Sensitivity to Energies. You need to Enhance this Sensitivity, desire alone is not enough.
When your Psychic Sensors are strong, you will be able to understand the incoming Signals more clearly and it will be easier for you to find your Guardian to establish a strong Connection. And, of course, you will know the name of the Guardian.
Ouija boards do not work for most people. This tool is very difficult to use, and you need to have powerful psychic senses for it to work. It is easier to get a sign in other ways. If you ask a god for a sign, you will be shown it in a way that you will notice and understand.
Ouija boards are not that great imo, there is high probability of interference and you might just talk with yourself sometimes. There are much better methods of communication, but they require that you advance.
If your Astral Sensors are not strong enough to perceive such Energies, you may find yourself feeling as if the Demon did not appear and you were ignored. But there is no need to worry, this is not the case. The Demon may indeed not show up if he was busy and had a reason, but he will hear you anyway and come to you in a way that you will understand. However, it is necessary to regularly practice Power Meditations and work on the openness of your own Soul to feel the Demon more and more clearly. So keep this in mind. It takes time for you to be able to start seeing, communicating with and learning from the Demon. It's not a quick process.

Summoning a Demon can be done by beginners and Adepts alike. It is still best to do it in a private setting, as it is an extremely personal process. And at first do it at night, because at night the Right Hemisphere, the center of Psychic Power, more active, and the night is perfect for many Rituals and to communicate with many Demons. To communicate with a Demon unfamiliar to you personally, which you will Evocate for the first time, it is important to conduct a Ritual. Later, when contact is established, the Ritual is no longer necessary. You can simply focus your Consciousness on the Sigil Demon or on his/her Energies. When you can clearly perceive the Demon, see it Astral (Psychic Vision), you can even just focus on the form in which he/she appeared to you. This is a Telepathic signal, you will be heard.

I do not recommend using a ouija board unless you are perfectly protected and have done the "aura protection" and "aura cleaning" meditations. It is very easy to encounter negative entities that want to attach themselves to your soul. Be careful

You have to give time to things. Don't always be ready to receive information and power. You have to mature and advance more and more so that the Gods can reveal things to us slowly at the times when we can finally understand them.
