Who is the most advanced race? Places like India, Afghanistan, Pakistan are undeveloped places, wouldn't it be good if the Greeks or the Nordics conquered those places to develop them? The development of the blacks happened when the whites went to Africa. Can't the same happen for undeveloped regions and races?

The development that whites had given to other races through the process of conquering was done, in my opinion, through the paternal mechanism of trying to develop them as a colony under the ruling country. This occurred after the conquering took place, but that does not mean any sort of conquering is a prerequisite to this form of aid. Of course, other forms of aid and cooperation exist beyond this, so again, no reason to conquer.

Just to restate the answer: Do we need to conquer others to help them, or other superiority complexes? The answer is NO! This will destroy racial relations and not truly empower them. To truly grow as people, they must develop by their own hand, not due to force, nor by being excessively given things, either.

We can encourage them and set up positive systems of trade and education, as well as charity, etc, however, any sort of excessive paternalistic behaviors, or outright aggression, will hinder them or anyone. Further, what do we get out this? A misplaced sense of righteous? Easier access to resources? We can get all these things on our own.

No other race can come in and make other people instantly more advanced technologically or educationally. I have not seen any place where this has been successful.

Whatever group of people are less advanced, they have to work to develop themselves and grow to become better. And when they put in the effort to build a more mentally advanced culture that values educational and technological development, and when the people work to all improve themselves in this way. That is the only way for them to actually improve successfully.

Giving a computer to a caveman does not turn him into a scientist, a scholar, or a visionary inventor. It makes him a caveman with a computer. Just look in America how many dumb people waste this technology on Brainrot and onlyfans. We have many cavemen with computers in America that you can look at as an example. With endless sources of information on the internet, how many people use this tool to actually learn anything or develop in any useful way?

Forget computers. Look how many of these countries have libraries full of all of the information necessary to learn any skill they want. And how many people use the library?

I wouldn't call any race "advanced" right now. None really deserve that title at the present, for various reasons. All are engaging in some sort of andrapodic self-destructive behaviour at an average collective level. Individuals on the other hand, from every race, could develop to a point of deserving to be called advanced.
